About Noel

Founding Executive Legal Professionals:

Before founding Executive Legal Professionals, Noel worked as a general practice attorney in his own small practice, The Law Office of Noel Bagwell, in Clarksville, Tennessee. Noel has always had a passion for entrepreneurship. He started Executive Legal Professionals after recognizing the largely unmet need small-to-medium-sized businesses have for preventive legal services, including general counsel, business formation, and non-litigation (“alternative”) dispute resolution. Since forming Executive Legal Professionals, PLLC in 2013, Noel has moved his practice to Nashville, TN, where he is making a name for himself as an innovative business attorney by offering legal services to businesses in entirely new and unexpectedly affordable ways.

Genuine Innovation, Improving Others’ Lives:

Noel’s most prominent innovation is the application of a subscription-based billing model to outsourced general counsel and business formation legal services. Using these services, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and existing businesses can have access to a licensed business attorney and an inclusive plan of legal services for a flat monthly fee. The ideal paradigm, as Noel envisions it, is for a business to have access to all the legal services they regularly need, and pay a simple, regular subscription fee. Of course, Executive Legal Professionals also offers á la carte legal services for a flat fee, and does charge an hourly fee for a limited subset of legal services (including litigation). Noel has developed Executive Legal Professionals into a growing, full-service law firm with attorneys serving entrepreneurs and businesses in multiple states. Plus, Noel’s passion for business law doesn’t stop at just doing something differently; he insists all that Executive Legal Professionals staff strive for excellence.

Establishing Trust, Pursuing Excellence:

Practicing law would keep Noel busy enough, but he still makes time to give back to his community. One way he gives back is by speaking to groups, such as the SBA’s Boots to Business workshop at Ft. Campbell, KY, about business formation legal issues. Under Noel’s leadership, Executive Legal Professionals has been nominated for two Torch Awards for Ethical Business Practices. Noel also serves as the Start-ups & Small Business Aspect of Practice Leader for the National Center for Preventive Law.

Noel is available for both academic and commercial speaking opportunities anywhere in the English-speaking world, and also responds to requests for articles and other professional writing opportunities on topics related to small business law and public policy.
